Save Money Moving Your Clothes

Time to move, and have tons of clothes, just follow these steps...

When preparing hanging clothes for you move, here is a trick that we have learned that is more economical than purchasing expensive wardrobe boxes. Wardrobe boxes can range anywhere from $20-$50 a piece and once you start adding about 6-10 boxes to your shopping cart, we could be talking almost $500 total.

Here is what you will need:
  1. Plastic Drawstring Kitchen Bags
  2. Large Rubberbands or Rope

Instructions: Bundle about 5 to 10 hanging items with the rubber bands or rope, tie them pretty tight so they are easier to manage. Then simply place the plastic bag over the bundled hanging items with the drawstrings down. Poke a hole in the top of the drawstring kitchen bag with the hooks of the hangers. Once your garments are completely covered, remove excess air from the bags and seal them off by pulling the drawstrings out and tying a knot to secure your garments. Once you arrive at you destination location, just hang the bags directly in the closets, and tear off the plastic.....And your all done!

Plastic tape, moving boxes and wrapping paper are the three main things that are essential while doing packing. Once you are done with packing hire a moving truck or mover to move all the packed boxes with other possessions carefully.
