Our Way of giving back to the community!PittMAP will provide families and individuals with household relocation assistance in the time of need and/or crisis based on fund and vendor availability. Our program is designed to connect the dots for those in which the expense to relocate their household goods is impossible due to crisis situations, being elderly with minimal support and fixed incomes, being disabled with minimal support, and families and individuals living with incomes beneath the poverty threshold. These individuals are a lot of times stuck in the same dwelling for years, and it's NOT by choice. The hassle and the cost of moving their household goods can be a nightmare, even for those who aren't suffering from these societal restrictions. Therefore we wanted to create a resource that will minimize and/or eliminate the restrictions of relocating that these individuals in crisis are facing. We like to sometimes call it the, "Moving for ALL program!" Our mission is to provide and create an affordable, reliable, safe and efficient moving marketplace for ALL. To Help Support PittMovers in the launching of this Community Project, please contact us by phone at (412) 444-8177 or by email at [email protected] , we will be launching a crowdfunding campaign on July 20, 2018. At that time we will begin accepting donations. WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED!!! #PittMAP #PittMovers #GivingBack #AssistanceProgram |
