In a world where, "it is the simple things that count." Surely, we have all heard this saying before and that is because of its, truth. Here each week we will cover simple modifications, updates and tweaks that will take your home from "for sale" to "SOLD!" Our weekly updates and tips come from a wide range of real estate professionals who have been tasked with turning homes over with various budget amounts. Therefore, we are letting you in on the key focal points and secrets that these professionals hold and most still use today.

This week we will be covering, curb appeal, quick and easy fixes that will get viewings scheduled and those home bids rolling in, just from the drive by. First you want to plan your own initial drive by of your home to plan your first fixes and start from there. The first this most potential buyers will notice will be the entry way or front door. Make sure the front door is updated and/or painted, obstruction and clutter free. Remove hanging plant, decorations, and excessive statues. Simplicity sells, less objects, the larger the space appears. If you notice any faded or missing shutters, or outdated external lighting fixtures, these are very inexpensive updates that help improve the value of your home. And as silly as it may seem but visible house numbers and updated mailboxes give your home the ability to be located by the postal service and potential buyers who are interested in viewing your beautiful home.

These simple fixes can give your home that well maintained image needed to get it sold.

Good Luck!
